Return Policy

We want your experience with Sincerely, Grace to be nothing short of delightful. However, if you need to make a return, we've got you covered. Online purchases are eligible for store credit if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Simply ship your item back to us at PO Box 115, Hanston, KS 67849, including the packing slip with your return. (Customer is responsible for shipping costs.) Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for processing, after which your store credit will be emailed to you.

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, that accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear, and athletic wear are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, items must be in perfect condition, free of makeup stains, perfume, and other signs of wear, to be accepted for return. If you receive a damaged item, please email us within three days of receipt with photos of the damage at:
